End Climate Change, Start Climate of Change - Debate competition

The 2020/2021 edition of the debate contest is part of the “End Climate Change, Start Climate of Change” – in short, #ClimateOfChange project, led by WeWorld and involving 16 European organizations, the project is funded by the European Commission within the framework of the DEAR (Development Education and Awareness Raising) Programme. The initiative aims to inform young Europeans about the complex relationships between climate change and migration, to create a movement of informed people, ready to change their lifestyle and to request new development policies.

The debate competition will be held in 13 European countries, including Italy. Within the project “ClimateofChange” two debate contest will be conducted: one intended for young teenagers (16-19 years old) with teams of 6 students, and a second contests for young university students (19-26 years old), with teams of 3 students.
