Hurry up and join the Student Social Innovation Challenge

Acumen is a global nonprofit changing the way the world tackles poverty. We invest in social entrepreneurs and share our knowledge and insights to empower change agents around the world through Acumen Academy.In addition to supporting on campus competitions, Acumen and The Rockefeller Foundation are hosting a Virtual Challenge with the aim of inspiring and equipping students from all over the world with the skills and support to solve problems associated with poverty.

Acumen, with funding from the Rockefeller Foundation, invites students from all around the world to submit innovative solutions to problems associated with poverty. Ideas are invited in five themes, including Food & Agriculture, and Energy. Winning teams are eligible to receive up to US$20 thousand in project funding. Eligibility extends to teams of two people or more, with at least one team member actively enrolled at a higher education institution. Participants have to register for the Lean Startup online course before 15 October 2019.
