Internship Opportunity in Environmental Affairs at United Nations ESCAP

The Environment and Development Division, Environment and Development Policy Section internship is for a period of two to six months depending on the needs of the division.

Environment and Development Policy Section plays a leading role in facilitating the analysis, development, promotion and dissemination of innovative policies in the field of environment and development. With a focus on 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals. To improve the capacity of policymakers in the region to development implementation strategies in an integrated manner the Section developed and maintains the SDG help Desk, which is developed as a one-stop online platform and provides access to knowledge products, organized under various thematic areas, covering a multitude of topics, data portals, toolboxes, on-line e-learning courses, good practices, and technical assistance, as well as the SDG Help Desk community of practice.
