Description
The Project ECOWATCH in Urban Forestry is the care and management of tree populations in urban settings for the purpose of improving the urban environment. The NGO conducts plantation drives and various campaigns towards maintaining a greener Bangalore city. The main activities may include the following among others:
- Week 1: Arrival, Introduction seminar by NGO & AIESEC. Introduction to host and settling in;
- Week 2: Plantation Drive - visit and study areas for the drive. Plan the event and market it;
- Week 3: Plan a a city-walk event with AIESEC. Theme: Environment Protection / Conservation.
Applicants with marketing and earth sciences background and skills in digital marketing and development environment are highly recommended.
