Monitoring And Evaluation Analyst Needed in Haiti!
UNDP Post-Disaster Recovery Project is aligned to the PDNA recovery strategy and aims to create conditions for long-term recovery, resilience to multiple shocks and sustainable development, while meeting the immediate needs in the affected regions to kick-start recovery. Efforts will be made to strengthen governance through a focus on national and local capacities for planning, coordination and implementation of recovery efforts. The project will also focus on livelihoods restoration through emergency employment in organic waste and debris management, community infrastructure rehabilitation and other community-driven initiatives, trainings for livelihood diversification and income-generation in agriculture and other productive value chains in the short, medium and long term.
Responsibilities are, among others:
- Assist in developing an M&E system for UNDP Post-DisasterRecovery Project and integrate it with the CO M&E system;
- Support the development of M&E elements for newly planned projects and interventions, in line with UNDP guidelines on M&E, and ensure that M&E is linked to corporate indicators and SDGs;
- Assist with overall M&E capacity building activities, including training M&E officers, CO staff and partners on project management, monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
