The Master of Integrated Water Management (MIWM) is one of the few programs in the world that takes a truly integrated approach to water management, bringing together social, economic, ecological, and engineering dimensions to effectively address complex sustainable development challenges that have water at their core.

The program is enrolled through Griffith University and delivered at Griffith’s Nathan Campus by lecturers from International WaterCentre (IWC), from all four founding member universities, including Griffith University, The University of Queensland, Monash University and the University of Western Australia, along with leading practitioners from private consulting and selected university partners internationally.

There is one full tuition and full living costs scholarship available, targeted at international candidates who meet the minimum eligibility requirements, hold citizenship and currently live in one of the priority countries. These countries include the Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.

Value for this scholarship is AU$95,564, which covers:

  • full tuition fees for full-time study of Master of Integrated Water Management;
  • living expenses remuneration;
  • return air travel to Australia;
  • university student amenities fee;
  • cost of a student visa for a single student;
  • cost of overseas student health cover for a single student.
