EduCARE India is working towards developing sustainable programmes that protect natural forests, establish communal forests and foster interest in social forestry. The organization is looking for self-motivated individuals looking to develop their own ideas to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to its current projects.  

Current Projects:

  • Engaging the community in planting and protecting trees in a land slide prone area
  • Establishing nurseries and experimenting with growing seeds to provide health security and eco micro-business opportunities for families
  • Developing a needs assessment for communities living adjacent to the forests

Those with the experience or interest in forestry, environmental conservation are encouraged to apply.

This is an unpaid volunteer work. Accommodation, Internet/Electricity/Water bills and work transportation are covered by the organization.
