What is this new tool, the Africa Crisis Observatory?
In order to provide clear, relevant, and actionable evidence to policymakers with regard to how, where and when climate impacts can translate into insecurities or exacerbate vulnerabilities in periods of conflict, this decision support tool aims to monitor, assess, and alert policymakers on both existing and upcoming crises.
